Metropolitan Group expects sales of over 200 million euros from the Bucharest towers that designer Elie Saab puts his name on

Metropolitan Group expects sales of 200 million euros from the towers in Bucharest that designer Elie Saab puts his name on. The company has officially launched the residential project called Elie Saab Towers.

Metropolitan Group, which has built over 4,000 mass-market apartments in Bucharest and is owned by Daniel Drăgulin and Robertino Georgescu, has launched an exclusive residential project named after the famous designer Elie Saab. The project is under construction on Danielopolu Street no. 90, and completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. The company did not say how much the investment is, but it expects sales of over 2oo million euros.

Prior to this plan, Metropolitan had planned the Crown Towers project for this land, with 230 apartments.

Elie Saab Towers will have 141 apartments and “clients will have the opportunity to travel to Milan and witness the creation of the collection through a visit to the Elie Saab Maison factories and workshops and will create their unique residence together with a dedicated interior design team,” says Daniel Drăgulin, partner at Metropolitan Group.

The interior design of the apartments will use exclusive pieces from the designer’s collection.

“The collection of residences with elegant interior design offers an exclusive lifestyle proposal and will showcase the exceptionally crafted pieces from the Elie Saab Maison collection,” says Robertino Georgescu, founder of Metropolitan Group.
