Metropolitan Group and Elie Saab estimate sales of over 200 million euros for the Elie Saab Towers complex in Bucharest
Real estate developer Metropolitan Group and renowned international fashion brand ELIE SAAB announce their partnership with the premiere of ELIE SAAB Towers, the first residential project of the luxury brand in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, according to a press release.
ELIE SAAB Towers will be located on Daniel Danielopolu Street, no. 90, marking the brand’s first interior design concept in Eastern Europe.
ELIE SAAB Towers is already under construction, and completion is expected by Q1 2024, with estimated sales of over 200 million Euros. The long-term partnership will also consider other developments in the country in the near future.
Prices for apartments in Elie Saab Towers will start at around 600,000 euros, with the highest price being between 10 and 12 million euros in the top area, represented by penthouses.
Elie Saab, the renowned fashion designer, present at the event, said: "I am so happy to be in Romania, this city (Bucharest) means a lot to me. I hope you will like our project because we are doing it from the heart."
