Metropolitan Group brings Elie Saab brand to 100 million euro real estate project in northern Bucharest.

Elie Saab Jr., the son of the haute couture designer, explains the motivation for entering the real estate market and why, after Dubai, Qatar, Cairo and London, Bucharest followed with the residential project Elie Saab Towers, with delivery in 2024.

The high fashion company founded by Lebanese designer Elie Saab has entered into a partnership with local developer Metropolitan Group for the development of Elie Saab Towers in Bucharest. The project located in the Băneasa area will be delivered in the first part of 2024, and the owners have stated that they will also develop a second branded residence, according to the five-year contract signed with the Elie Saab company. The Elie Saab Towers are already under construction, and sales are estimated at over 200 million euros.

"There will certainly be another complex under the same concept, also in Bucharest, in the northern area of ​​the capital. Through this partnership, for which we have exclusivity, we are obliged to develop at least two projects at the national level. We note that there is an interest in luxury brands, and the conditions imposed by them greatly raise the bar in terms of the facilities offered by a luxury home," says Robertino Georgescu, founder of Metropolitan Group.
